Before and After: Laundry

Before: Once a week
After: Once a day

Before: Whites, colors, sheets and towels.
After: Whites, colors, sheets, towels, diapers, baby clothes, wash rags, rugs, curtains-- basically any fabric that can fit in the washing machine because it is covered in baby goo.

Before: A scoop of Oxy Clean to get out any stains
After: Constantly having to refer to How to Clean Practically Anything (how exactly do you get out spaghetti sauce when it is mashed into sweet potato and soaked in blueberry juice?)

Before: Wash. Rinse. Dry.
After: Pre-soak. Wash. Soak. Rinse. Dry. Touch up.

Before: The feeling of accomplishment when all the laundry is done and put away.
After: The feeling of accomplishment when there is more than one pair of clean, matching socks in the drawer.

    Laundry was not big deal.

Wish I had a laundry nanny.

  2. A laundry nanny makes me think of the tooth fairy... one of those things that you hear about but no one ever really sees. :)

  3. Laundry - my biggest nemesis!!! I can't remember the last time It was ALL done. It's kind of like that feeling when you are in college - you can never feel like you are ALL done with studying because there is always yes always more to be done :(
