Farmers market, finally!

I love Mommy and Mason days! Today we (all three) slept in until 7:15am and Mason and I saw Daddy off to work. We had a couple of errands to run and at the top of our list was the farmers market. Mason was ready to go with his Explorer hat and trusty owl sidekick.There were so many stands and a TON of people there. Who knew a mid-day mid-week farmers market would be such a draw? We are going to make it a weekly visit as long as we can. This week we took in the sights, familiarized ourselves with the growers, and fulfilled our one farmers market mission.

Mission accomplished: super sweet and fresh, organic strawberries

I've got plans for these berries, but for now let's just say that phase 1 is complete...

...and ready for phase 2 tomorrow after work.
